The rules for using Sales Shuru products — subscriptions, acceptable use, your data, and how we work together.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sales Shuru website (salesshuru.com) and our cloud software products (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Services covered

These Terms apply to all Sales Shuru products, including:

GrowthOS

AI product planning — Idea Lab, PRD Studio, backlog, sprint planning

Feature availability may vary by plan. We may add, change, or retire features with reasonable notice where the change materially affects paid customers.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace
  • Keep login credentials confidential; notify us immediately of unauthorised access
  • Provide accurate registration and billing information (including GSTIN where applicable)
  • Workspace owners control invitations, roles, and data inside their organisation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain unpaid after grace periods on subscription invoices.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis, billed in Indian Rupees (INR):

  • Monthly plans — billed per seat or per plan tier each billing cycle; cancel anytime before renewal to avoid the next charge
  • Annual plans — prepaid for 12 months at a discounted rate; non-refundable except where required by law
  • Free tiers — subject to usage limits; we may adjust limits with notice
  • Trials — convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends

Payments are processed by Razorpay. GST (18%) applies where applicable; GST-compliant invoices are available in billing settings. Price changes take effect on your next renewal — we give at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers unless required otherwise by law.

Enterprise plans may include minimum monthly commitments (e.g. ₹50,000/month). Custom contracts supersede standard pricing where signed in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems or other users' accounts
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without written permission
  • Use automated means to scrape the marketing site or abuse API rate limits
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages through GrowthOS or connected integrations in violation of applicable law

We may investigate violations and remove content or suspend access to protect the platform and other customers.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("Customer Content") — tasks, deals, candidates, sequences, files, and other workspace data.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, including AI features you enable. We do not claim ownership of your workspace data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you import (e.g. prospect lists, candidate profiles) and for complying with applicable consent and privacy laws.

AI features

AI-powered features (sprint planning, standups, lead scoring, copilots, etc.) generate outputs based on your inputs and workspace context. AI outputs are assistive — not professional, legal, or financial advice.

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before acting on them
  • AI usage is subject to plan limits (requests, tokens) as described on our pricing pages
  • We do not use your private workspace content to train public foundation models

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Sales Shuru or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand assets except limited use needed to operate your account.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you, to improve the Services.

Third-party integrations

The Services may connect to third-party tools (Slack, GitHub, Notion, payment providers, etc.). Your use of those tools is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data handling, or policy changes.

Enabling an integration authorises us to exchange data with that provider as needed for the connection you configure.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure may cause downtime.

Support levels depend on your plan — email support on all paid tiers; priority and dedicated support on higher tiers as described on our pricing pages. Response times are targets, not SLAs, unless covered by a separate enterprise agreement.

Termination

You may cancel subscriptions through billing settings or by contacting support@salesshuru.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or legal requirement. On termination, you may export data where the product supports it; we delete or anonymise data per our Privacy Policy and retention schedules.

Disclaimer & liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sales Shuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you.

Disputes should first be raised with support@salesshuru.com. We will attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when we launch new products, change billing, or when law requires it. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes to existing customers will be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
